To keep our classifieds network running efficiently, our system generates specific errors each with an identifying number. If you are presented with one of these error messages, please report the number here. Here is a list of the error messages you may see on our site.
Ad Text is required. While placing an ad, this message appears when the Ad Text is empty. This happens for certain ad blockers.
Network Communication Error: While attempting to respond to an ad, this message may appear. Your message is on hold. Please contact our Help Desk to release your message.
Network Security Error: Upon submitting y0ur ad for publication, this message may appear. Your ad is in our database. To publish your ad, please call our Help Desk, M-F 8:30-5:00, at 1-866-629-0282, and press 1. After hours, please click here.
“Credit Card number is invalid.” Please check the number you have entered.
“Your credit card was was declined. Reason: CVV.” Please check the expiration date or the card code. The card code is three digits on the back of the card to the right, next to the signature line, for Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. For American Express, there is a 4 digit number on the front of your card.
“Your credit card was was declined. Reason: AVS.” Please verify that the address. It should be the same as where your monthly statement is sent. You may need to contact your bank to update the alternate billing or shipping address.
If you receive any of the above errors while submitting payment, please call our Help Desk, M-F 8:30-5:00, at 1-866-629-0282. Your ad will be saved for 7 days.
Please Note: Your bank will hold the funds as pending for each authorization attempt. In most cases, your bank will release this hold within 24-48 hours, depending on their policy. Will will not charge your card until we approve your ad.
